눈달린 냉장고(이하 “앱”)는 이용자의 식재료 관리를 돕는 도구이며, 기능을 제공하는 데 꼭 필요한 정보만 다룹니다. 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않고, 이름·전화번호·주소와 같은 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
음성으로 재료를 추가하는 기능은 이용자가 마이크 권한을 허용하고 직접 실행할 때에만 동작합니다. 녹음된 소리는 저장되지 않습니다. 받아 적은 문장은 이용자가 AI를 연결해 둔 경우에만 아래 3항에 따라 전송되며, AI를 연결하지 않았다면 기기 안에서만 해석됩니다.
앱은 이용자가 자신의 API 키를 직접 등록해 AI 기능을 켠 경우에 한해, 요청을 처리하는 데 필요한 범위의 정보(받아 적은 문장, 현재 재고 목록 등)를 이용자가 선택한 AI 제공사로 전송합니다. 전송 대상은 이용자의 선택에 따라 다음 중 하나입니다.
전송된 정보는 해당 제공사의 방침에 따라 처리됩니다. AI를 연결하지 않으면 이 전송은 발생하지 않습니다.
가족 공유를 켜면 같은 냉장고를 쓰는 구성원끼리 재고를 함께 보기 위해 재고 데이터가 Google Firebase(Cloud Firestore)에 저장됩니다. 이때 앱은 익명 인증을 사용하므로 이메일 주소나 이름을 수집하지 않으며, 구성원은 초대 코드로만 연결됩니다. 이 기능을 켜지 않으면 데이터는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
앱은 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않으며 연령을 확인하지 않습니다. 아동을 특정해 정보를 수집하거나 아동을 대상으로 광고를 노출하지 않습니다.
앱이 제시하는 소비기한과 보관 위치는 생활 관리를 돕기 위한 참고값입니다. 실제 섭취 여부는 포장 표기와 식품 상태를 우선해 판단해 주세요.
이 방침이 변경되면 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

Eyes Fridge (the “App”) helps you keep track of the food in your fridge and handles only the information needed to do that. The App requires no account and does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, phone number, or address.
Voice entry runs only when you grant microphone permission and start it yourself. Recorded audio is never stored. The transcribed text is sent onward only if you have connected an AI provider, as described in section 3; otherwise it is interpreted on your device.
If you enable AI features with your own API key, the App sends the information needed to fulfill the request (the transcribed text and your current inventory list) to the AI provider you selected: Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI. That information is then handled under the provider's own policy. If you do not connect an AI provider, no such transfer occurs.
When you turn on family sharing, inventory data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) so household members can see the same fridge. The App uses anonymous authentication, so no email address or name is collected, and members are linked by invite code only. If you do not turn this on, your data stays on your device.
The App collects no personally identifying information and does not verify age. It does not knowingly collect information from children or serve advertising to them.
Suggested use-by dates and storage locations are reference values to help with everyday planning. Always check package labels and the actual condition of the food first.
